Who am I

I lived in San Francisco for more than 4 decades. I worked in design and furniture making. In the late 80’s, when I began to lose many friends to HIV/Aids, I helped found Maitri AIDS Hospice. I continued to work in the not-for-profit world until I retired.

I now split my time between San Francisco and northern India where I volunteer teaching English to Tibetan refugees and pursue my study of Buddhism.
